The versatility of Grenache Blanca
After visiting and learning all the secrets of the Altavins winery, we will delve into this pairing of Grenache Blanc and cheeses from all over Catalonia. Where you will discover the great versatility of this variety and why we pair different ones with cheese.

- Opening hours: Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

This activity will always be done with prior reservation with a minimum of two people.
The cheese board is shared for two people.
The wines that we will taste are: Almodí Petit Blanc, Ilercavònia, Vinerel·les Garnatxa Blanca, Selecció Garnatxa Blanca and Vinerel·les Garnatxa Blanca Brisada.
The cheeses that we will accompany the wines are: Flor de Neu, Timbal de cabra, Serrat, Garrotxa and Blau de l’Avi Ton.
The activity includes:
- Guided tour of the Altavins winery with an introduction to the DO Terra Alta, the history of the winery and all the projects behind it.
- Visit to the boot and breeding room.
- Tasting of five of our White Grenache, each paired with a different cheese from around Catalonia.
