Appetizer: Local olives, oil tasting with artisan bread toast, garden tomato salad with tuna belly.
Grilled: Ember-grilled potatoes, lamb, chorizo, salchichón, rice sausage, and shepherd's blood sausage.
Dessert: Fruit and traditional pastries.
Includes: Water, wine, bread, garlic mayonnaise, and coffee.
