TASTING NOTE

Red wine that boasts intense color with tones of purple, aromas of raspberries and black plums or fruit in liqueur. Notes of vanilla, cocoa and spicy notes of cloves. Pleasing fleshiness on the palate with a good level of acidity, that counteracts the warmth of the alcohol, and pleasant tannins.

Spicy red meats and cured cheeses.
