The influence of Arab pottery, passing through our lands, has left us a rich and diverse heritage. Oxides of lead, silver and copper for centuries have adorned geometries and ornaments inspired by the flora and fauna in pots, jars and tiles.

HOW THE WINE IS MADE Yield per vine: 2.430 kg. Selected vineyards which have been established for more than 30 years in "Benufets " , and "els Massalocans" estates in Batea. Varieties: Syrah, Red Grenache and Merlot. Soil: Chalky and silty, low permeability. Low organic matter content. Vinification: Manually harvested and packed in 20 kg boxes. Tank macerated for 16 days. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 22-28°C.
TASTING NOTES It does show a covered cherry colour, with some purple hints. Intense aroma to red fruits and spicy tinges. In the mouth it is round and velvety.
Pairing: appetizer, oily fish, white and red meat.
DRINK BY This wine will have a good evolution over the next three years.
